Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery All Over Pakistan — No additional charges on any order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders.

  • Please keep the payment ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

Open Parcel Policy

Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.

  • All parcels are allowed to open before payment.

  • You may open and check your product in front of the rider.

  • If you find any issue, you can refuse the parcel — no questions asked.

(Note: Product can be checked for verification only; try-on/testing may not be allowed by courier companies.)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name (PostEx or TCS)

  • Tracking link (via SMS or WhatsApp)

You can use these details to monitor your parcel’s status until delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be canceled or returned by the courier in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Phone number switched off or unreachable

We will contact you for confirmation before reshipping.
